The National Institute for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Protection is ISO-certified public research institution established by the State Office for Nuclear Safety (SONS) pursuant to the Act No. 341/2005 Coll. The main purpose of the Institute is performing of research and development tasks in the field of CBRN agents as well as provision of technical support for inspection activities carried out by SONS in radiological protection and verification of the prohibition of chemical and biological weapons.
